I have a problem when i view a torrent detail

how can i reapair this??
in the Index is normal

i set the peer autoclean = 1 (i think is 1 minute)

it will repair automaticly.
dont' select so low peers autoclean, normal value is 30-60 minutes

it will happen somthing if peers autoclean is low(1)??

I want to make the peer to expire(i will make another field in peers table and put the peer disconect time + 1-2 mins; i will edit the announce.php to verify if actual time > stored time(in db)) but i didn`t now how to get the peer disconnect time.
I want to do this because if i stop the upload and start it again in 1 mins(for example) i receive this error:"You can't leech or seed one torrent from one IP more than one time".
BTW ^it^ will work??

omg, it have easiest way - just drop unique key in peers table which not allow duplicate values
