When upload new torrent, i got this error(only with bithdtv skin)

Forget about it, i fixed it .

But I got another problem

When I or a user upload torrents, I can see all the torrents but the user only see his torrents. And the 2nd user who sign up later can't see both

About torrents - the ! sign is torrent not moderated, so it can see only by owner and admins (mods).
Moderated torrent options configure in admin cp.

About permissions - do you create any forum to set up permissions for it?

Could you explain me the "Autowarning settings table"? It say

First column - time in days, for which warning is given, and after which class is lowered, second column - minimum downloaded amount in gigabytes and third column - minimum ratio. If downloaded amount will be higher, than in this table, and ration lower, user will receive warning. Third column accepts floats, like 0.1. Floats must contain dot!

So if I set
14 - 25 - 0.3

It mean after 14 days, users that downloaded more than 25 GB are required to have a ratio above 0.3, or else they'll be dropped to class "leecher"... Is it right????

Your digits means that, if user download 25 or more gigs and have ratio 0.3 or lower than he receive a warning for 14 days, if after 14 days ratio will not be bigger than 0.3 he demotes to class Leecher

Another bug: I already changed the new table's collation to UTF-8, but in the front page it did not show off correctly. Comments and forums post are fine..

Last question: What's hosting requiment in order to run your tracker smoothly? How many GB space and banwidth? If I have about 500-1000 members?

I don't know. Something about 1ghz cpu, 512 mb ram, 500 mb hdd (with database)

How to allow normal users to make an offer? When go to Offer section, I can see "Make an offer" link, but the users don't

Also when I go to Group Admin/Managerment ang look up user group, it say:

Could not obtain user info for moderator list

And how can I see the user list and their status like Uploaded, downloaded, ratio..???

Make offers can only uploaders or users, which can upload torrents (it configure in acp).

Did you edit or delete default "admin" user?

Yes, I deleted it

You must restore this account (see .sql files) and use it as main sysop account. You can rename it, but shouldn't delete!

Some of users have reported me that they encountered this error "you can't leech or seed 1 torrent from one IP or more than one time". Any suggestion?

Most of my users have dynamic IP, when they re-start their PC, the tracker seem couldn't clear the old IPs. Is that a problem?

And I believe that is the reason of "you can't leech or seed 1 torrent from one IP or more than one time" error
